This weekend, while exploring a new trail, we found a beautiful clear stream. Nearby, under a log was the largest salamander I have ever seen, a yellow spotted salamander. We were praising God for His creation and the gift of finding this amazing creature.

#runwithmaud I couldn’t get outside to walk, so did 2.5 on my treadmill.

This birdhouse project took me longer that I thought, but the work is definitely worth it!

A long walk has us feeling kinda normal. We love the new window display at our library with all the ❤️s. It says "together we can make a difference."

Social distancing Bible study.

Apparently walking in grave yards is something we have decided to do a lot this Quarantine. Such peace and beauty, and the kids even seem to love exploring them. And today, seeing the grave of Fanny Crosby, and remembering that This is My Story, too. This life is temporary but We have a blessed assurance. So what better way to celebrate Eastertide in Quarantine than walking in cemeteries? Jesus has conquered death, and He is mine! Alleluia! #practiceresurrection2020

Eastertide 2020: A guidebook to help us practice resurrection together: I'm excited to offer you a brand new resource I've created along with Brian and the Children's Ministry Director for our church (and fellow patron!), Amy Willers.
While we created this for our church family, I'm extending the invitation to the Sacramental Life Patreon community as well. You can print out the pdf or use it digitally. We'll be updating each Sunday at Church of the Apostles' homepage.
There are several prompts for sharing photos that you can send to me at tamara@tamarahillmurphy.com.
The guidebook is a helpful, shelter-in-place supplement to our regular Eastertide list: 50 ways to Practice Resurrection during the 50 days of Eastertide!
Choose 1 idea or 50, but whatever you do, do it with gusto! (and send me a photo)
I look forward to hearing from you!
